Obituary
 

Danielle LaKeisha Smith, affectionately know as “Danny D” was born March 25, 1991 in Detroit, MI to Darnell O’Neal and Michael Smith.  Danielle was the 8th of eight children.  She gave her life to Christ at an early age.

Danielle was educated in the Detroit Public School System and was employed in the Health Care Field.  Through her many talents, she wore many hats.

Danielle leaves to cherish her memory, her loving daughter, Ja’Miya; special friend, Jarmar; her mother, Darnell O’Neal; her father, Michael Smith; 7 siblings, Teddy, MyQuael, Dixie Lee, Patrice, Curtis, Michael and Oscar; 3 sisters-in-law, Krystal, Erica and LaTessa; 4 uncles, Roy Smith, Jr, Reggie Smith, Darryl O’Neal and James Smith; 4 aunts, Paulette O’Neal, Diane Smith, Earline Smith and Yvette Gresham; two favorite cousins, Starkeisha Smith and Kevin O’Neal along with a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.

Danielle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy Smith Sr. & Dixie Lee Smith and John Kiles and Bertha O’Neal; uncle Leroy O’Neal; two aunts, Henrietta Chambers and Delane O’Neal and one favorite cousin Keon O’Neal.
