Obituary

 

Nuroyea “Roy” Kamasi Gipson, entered this world on July 9, 1977, the 3rd child born to the late Suzette and John Robert “Honey Dripper” Gipson.  

Roy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  He was  considered The Family Enforcer, you could always depend on him to handle anything that he needed to handle.  

Roy passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 5, 2022. His memory and presence will be missed by his loving children, Alexus, Delancie (Duke), Kameise, NuRoyea Jr. and Anysha; his granddaughter, Empress; his siblings, Jeffrey Epperson, Sherrylrodaka, John Jr. and Peppiyon Gipson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends.

A go-getter, devoted and dedicated to things that meant the most to him. He is a silly individual with a laugh and smile that is unforgettable.  He is and will be missed by many.  He will always be in our hearts and forever walking with us.
